We offer two shipping options for customers in the continental United States:

  • Flat Rate Shipping

Shipping charges can be found on checkout page of item. 

At this time, we are unable to ship to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We currently are only able to process online orders for the U.S.

Processing Time

Your item will be shipped in 2-3 business days.  

Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed next business day.

Galerie Shabab will contact you via email if the item you selected in not available at the time of the order.

You will not be charged until your item has shipped.

Tracking information will be provided by email. 

A customer signature is required for all orders over $500.

At Galerie Shabab, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are unhappy with your rug purchase, return it in its original condition within 3 days of receipt, for a full refund less any original shipping costs if applicable. (Flat Rate Shipping charges are non-refundable) Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item in the original form of payment:

  • Item must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
  • Tags must be attached.
  • Item must be in original condition


Any items damaged, soiled or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. If we do not hear from you within 3 days we will consider the sale final. 

Final Sale Policy - Items marked final sale are not returnable at any time.

Return Instructions

Call us at 888.975.7847 or send an e-mail to to initiate the return process. 

A return label will be provided by email. (return shipping cost will be deducted from refund) Item must be securely packed for return. You may use original packing material, but be sure to remove or cover any other labels.

You can request a pick-up or drop your package off at staffed FedEx location. That is it! You will receive an e-mail notification once your return has been processed.


We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any items returned without a valid return authorization. Any returns shipped without a return authorization will be refused.
