In the characteristic double square “k’ang” format, this East Turkestan weaving shows an allover pattern of small, smaller, and downright tiny dots with color diagonals, within a set of six patterned narrow borders including a main stripe with rosettes and X’s and an outer keyhole reciprocal band. Abrashed rust to straw-goldenrod field tone. Medium weave on cotton, light even overall wear. Good condition.
