An antique Persian Tabriz Pictorial rug. Spend your money or walk on it or hang it on the wall. This currency curiosity rug depicts a banknote from the early 20th century. Plenty of Nas’taliq writing, a lion and sun, and some shah or other.  A signature (?) In one border reads: Davad Lattad znii (?), who is that? This city rug was woven back when the Persian currency was worth something, now there is 40,000 rials/dollar.
