Wool symmetric knots on a cotton warp. The characteristic semi-geometric design is manifested by an ecru hexagonal medallion on a powder field, with lozenge ecru pendants, sharp inward-directed triangles, and boldly hooked corner pieces. Salmon and straw are among the secondary colors. Plays on cruciform comprise much of the secondary décor. Buff main border with large rosettes and palmettes, and corners turned with pairs of smaller daisy rosettes. Generally soft palette.
