Vintage American Braid Round Rug

Braided cotton rags with cotton sewing. This oval piece features equal-width braided bands converging into a small upright ellipse. The bands are all bitonal, including pale blue, dark blue, rusty red, red, pale green, and black. The size can be adjusted by removing one or more of the wide braided circuits. The rags are sourced from garments.
