Vintage Chinese Silk Throw Rug In The Tabriz Style

A silk pile of symmetric knots on a cotton foundation. A full, round ivory-to-ecru medallion and two matching half-medallions adorn the deep rust-red to red-orange field, complemented by four flowering plants extending inward from the sides. Of the seven borders, the central rust-red border features ivory rosettes and ragged turquoise-teal leaves, with additional accents of brown and black. Finely knotted, with a complete carpet design presented in a convenient format.
