Vintage Persian Hamadan Long Runner

A wool pile of symmetric knots on a cotton foundation. The central motif is a pole composed of 19 stepped ecru-to-ivory diamonds, outlined in rust-red and brown, each enclosing a ragged square rosette in dark brown, rust-red, and coral. The pole is flanked by similar half-diamonds in medium blue to turquoise, accented with salmon, coral, ivory, and dark brown. The ecru border features a trapezoidal tendril pattern with rosettes, leaves, and square buds in rust-red, blue, and brown.
