Vintage Persian Plaid Textile

Wool warp faced weave on wool. This four-part tribal hanging shows a vertically offset plaid design in slate, old gold, rust and green. The sections have been partially reversed to create a central axis of symmetry. Herringbone surface texture. Probably Qashghai or Khamsehwork.
