Vintage Swedish Flatweave Kilim Rug

Wool pattern wefts in tapestry technique on a cotton foundation. Employing warp-sharing of the wefts, this abstract piece presents rectangular panels in bone, beige, light brown, and straw. Larger brick-like elements are concentrated at the center, with smaller ones forming wide end borders. Rust-brown and ecru end borders complete the design, finished with braided warp tassels.
