A wool pile of symmetric knots on a wool foundation. This Kurdish kenareh (runner) displays three offset columns of hooked diamonds in dusty rose, muted pink, ivory, beige, and soft brown on an abrashed pale-tan to taupe-brown field. The offset arrangement is characteristic of Jaf Kurdish weaving. The corduroy-ribbed borders are worked in light brown and taupe with pink accents, and the ribbing also appears in the upper portion of the field.
