Antique Kurdish Persian Rug

An antique Kurdish Persian rug. An orange-red ground closely displays a split celadon two-panel pattern with a central cruciform within an ivory rosette inner border, a central orange band with connected S’s and an outer quincunx stripe. The dyes indicate an origin in the early 20th century.
