Antique Persian Bidjar Runner

A wool pile of symmetric knots on a wool foundation. The light brown ground displays two unidirectional floral modules alternating up the field, accented by dark sienna-brown rosettes and Y-shaped ‘trees’ that emphasize the upward movement. In the border, dark brown paramecium-like smooth botehs face one another.
