Antique Persian Tabriz Pictorial Rug

An antique Persian Tabriz Pictorial rug. The old ivory field of this currency pictorial scatter shows Catherine the Great on a 100 Ruble Russian note from 1898 (?).The ivory main border of rosettes and near-fretwork vine segments did not appear on the original note. You can’t spend this, but you can hang it up, walk on it, or throw it on some furniture. Which is more than you can do with the original paper.
