An antique Turkish Oushak Square accent carpet from the early 20th century. Three columns of palmettes, and Yaprak (“leaf”) lozenge and quatrefoil medallions occupy the otherwise undecorated champagne-colored ground of this western Turkish workshop carpet in a particularly uncommon size. The narrow ivory main border displays rosettes alternating with hyacinth sprays.
