Vintage Indian Cotton Agra Rug

A vintage Indian Cotton Agra rug. On the ecru ground, a central rectangle displays four tall, spindly blue flowers and more irregular, wiry forms are set around in a wide “border” within an actual medium blue frame with stars set on ‘W’ shaped paired buds. As with most northern Indian cotton Agra rugs, the palette is narrow and fairly light.
