Vintage Persian Afshar Rug

The slightly abrashed light brown field is laid out in a rustic medallion and corners pattern with a central fat ivory-straw hexagonal nested medallion, steeply serrated at the ends, and filled with tiny rosettes and arrows. Large flowers in the field and vases with triple long-stem posies in the corners. All three narrow borders with rosettes. Medium weave, on cotton. Good condition.
