A recent discovery from NW Persia, this (and other) weft-faced, striped, sectional wool carpet, shows widely varying, but narrow, horizontal stripes in cream/eggshell/beige and chocolate/taupe. Stripes bend, weave, wave, expand and contract. Used in Persia as rugs or covers, and you can do as well. Vintage. Good condition.
