A vintage Indian Flatweave room size rug inspired by Edward McKnight Kauffer. This rug from the mid-20th century. This starkly abstract ecru ground piece displays groups of lines and triangles, with borders only at the ends.  The yellow-gold accents are particularly eye-catching. A perfect match for mid-century modern or 1930s Art Deco interiors. In the general Da Silva Bruns manner, but livelier in tonality. The design is inspired by the transitional period of Art Deco to Moderne that stormed through Europe during the mid-20th century.
