Vintage Persian Flatweave Kilim Throw Rug

Wool pattern wefts in slit tapestry technique. A light brown border with a repeating 'Allah' inscription frames the abrashed chestnut field, which is centered by a small hooked off-white lozenge. A red sawtooth outer border encloses the composition. Typical Qashghai striped and chessboard end panels complete the piece.
