The medium slater-blue field displays an offset unidirectional three column design of giant, tall ragged palmettes, with the topmost elements dipping beneath the three-band border system with a central pale blue-grey stripe in a rosette and leaf design. Quadruples of serrated oblique leaves form an almost-lattice. Cotton foundation, medium village weave.
