A vintage Persian Quom rug. An overflowing floral porcelain jardinière  is attended by flying birds and fluttering butterflies, with swan pairs in the lower corners of the pale yellow field of this very finely woven central Persian urban small scatter. The red main border displays black and pale green flower cartouches and corner octogrammes. More wall hanging than a floor rug.
