Wool pattern warps and wefts in a warp/weft-faced plainweave. The four sections are significantly out of register, yet the tricolor palette of red, near black, and off-white remains entirely authentic and full of charm. Color transitions are achieved through herringbone and twill color mixtures. The four strips were originally part of a 24-foot band and now lend themselves well as a wall hanging, room divider, cover, or wrapper.
