A vintage Turkish Anatolian carpet. A larger version of 14907, and probably from the same Turkish village, the ivory-beige ground displays a lozenge lattice with quatrefoil bosses and light brown interior abstract double-pointed motives. The pile is long and the weave is loose. It is not as heavy as Moroccan Beni Ouarain carpets with similar designs.
