An antique Persian Malayer Gallery carpet. Zillions of floriated botehs, row on reversing row, are closely set on the abrashed field of this west Persian rural kellegi. The field abrashes from blue-grey through slate to charcoal. Two old ivory borders display Saraband designs of undulating vines and suspended slim botehs.
