Antique Persian Tabriz Haji Jalili Rug

An antique Persian Tabriz Hagi Jalili rug. We have an extensive collection of these finely knotted, ‘Hajji Jalili’ period Tabriz ruglets and this attractive example displays an elaborately pendanted tall ogival layered medallion on an old ivory plain field within en suite elaborate floral-pattern corners. The color matched the main border is adorned with outline palmettes and slanted split leaves.
