An antique Turkish Ghiordes rug. A cochineal red central axis organizes parallel vertical stripes in sky blue, pistachio, yellow and ivory, all under a double nice outline pattern. The brown border has a double array of finely drawn floral modules. The color scheme may point to a Kirshehir origin.
