A vintage Burma Tapestry. Clearly southeast Asian, probably Burmese or Indonesian, this embroidered hanging displays an oval central medallion of seated figures watching Rama (?) ply his bow. Other figures stand at right and left, and eight roundels above and below depict colorfully attired dancers. An incident from Hindu mythology in miniaturist style.
