Vintage Persian Malayer Runner

A vintage Persian Malayer runner.  A well-spaced, single column Herati design with no lozenges is detailed in rust, dark brown and cream on the well-abrashed graphite sub-field. “Fish” leaves and palmettes move freely and there are more palmettes in the connected sand corners at one end of this west Persian rustic kenare (runner) with a brown serrated leaf and rosette main border.
