Vintage Turkish Anatolian Room Size Carpet

A wool pile of symmetric knots on a wool foundation. The two-panel field is abrashed in varying shades of coral, with each half displaying a similar five-part pole medallion. All components are closely stepped and terminate in rich red hexagonal finials. Small rosettes are scattered throughout. The border both separates the two sections and surrounds the entire field, featuring octagonal rosettes and stick figures. The inner minor borders display chains of ecru arrowheads in the East Anatolian manner.
