Wool pattern wefts in slit tapestry technique on a wool foundation. The natural beige border features X-shaped medallions and frames a tripartite field in red, camel, and slate. Large hooked central medallions dominate each section, with partial hexagonal separator bands in between. Though lacking a niche, the piece is small enough to serve as a prayer rug. Likely from the greater Konya region.
