An antique Persian Senneh rug. The nearly straw field displays a very small scale sort-of, kind-of, semi-Herati design with square rosettes within a rust reversing turtle palmette border. This definitely west Persian piece has both Senneh (Kurdish) and Malayer features in both design and structure, so we name it in between, although the exact place of origin is in doubt.
