An antique Persian Tabriz carpet. Almost a mansion carpet, just an inch more in length. The flat pattern has rust carnations, round and petal rosettes and fleshy leaves laid out in a quasi- Arts and Crafts style on an oatmeal ground. The flat, stencil pattern roses of the main border are also in a William Morris Hammersmith manner.
