A wool pile with symmetric knots. The steel-grey open field is unadorned and enclosed by a fully geometric border of squares and rectangles, formed by black and rust bands, along with rust and black square corners. The 1930s saw a trend toward fewer colors and more rigorous designs, moving away from the floral Art Deco styles of the 1920s. In good condition.
