A vintage French Tapestry. A totally insane bird with a spiky crest and long beak perches on a branch with leaves and abstract, attenuated stars, all on a black ground. The tapestry is French, signed ‘Marc Petit’ and dates from the 1950s or so and probably from an Aubusson workshop.
