Vintage Persian Kashan Rug

A vintage Persian Kashan rug. The eight columns rectangular lattice starts out color organized with each panel enclosing a thin, vertical hexagon, with ivory, goldenrod, blue-grey, rust and dark brown rectangles. But the pattern breaks up chromatically and the hexagons are on their own, but still marshaled into eight columns. This well-woven city scatter is idiosyncratic and untrammeled.
