A vintage Persian Mahal rug. A well-organized confetti square pattern in red, rust, orange, light blue, powder blue, medium blue, cream, and light green subtly varies in chromatic intensity along the length of this rustic narrow scatter. There is no lateral symmetry except for a narrow section below the midpoint. The dots add an extra tonal layer.
