Four squares and four nested octagons decorate the abrashed rust field along with color sampler rosettes, diagonal boteh-leaves, and a central small, rayed diamond. Characteristic straw border with angular smooth tendril sprouting reversing lappet – fringed pyramidal palmettes. Medium rustic weave on cotton, good condition. West Persian.
