An antique Persian Bidjar rug. The distinctly abrashed field of this solidly-woven village Kurdish rug is centered by a pole medallion of four and one half beige medallions set against a field of little leaves and squares. A dark brown abrash section clearly shows the pattern. The border varies from straw to sand and features small lozenges with double arrowhead finials.
