Instead of the usual triple points at both ends of the subfield, this large SE Persian tribal scatter shows five straw reciprocal merlons against the medium slate ground. he dark blue medallion is deeply notched and stepped, with five low [points on the ends, and a triple ecru lozenge pole medallion up the middle. Narrow borders with obliquely striped minors flanking a stretched X-pattern major. Medium weave on cotton, good condition.
