An antique East Turkestan Khotan rug. No pomegranates, no little vases, just a circular “moon” medallion with six open floral lesser medallions set about. The Chinese design influence is seen in the triangular fret field corners, the inner swastika fret border, and the main Yun-tsao Tou border of cloud heads and diagonal color lines.
